Returns & Exchanges

At Sok-It®, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible home and drinkware accessories. Items must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your Sok-It products in their original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
